am i being bottlenecked

hey guys, my specs are:

GPU: GTX 750 ti

CPU: AMD A8-6500 2 CORE

8GB RAM

 

I just play a lot of games and when i open up literally any game my CPU always does the most work and i always see it has the most % in my task manager in the performance tab and i never see my GPU exceeding the percentage of 15%.

If anyone could help me and suggest me new specs if it is bottlenecked.

You can't use task manager for GPU utilization as it's known to be inaccurate.

You would be best to use something like MSI afterburner, GPUz, HWinfo, or HWMonitor.

thanks for the advice so far but, what cpu should i buy that wouldn't get bottlenecked with my gtx 750ti?

Your best bet when having a $200 budget, is probably finding something used.
