3200G no display

bios has been updated to the latest version.

windows installation works fine.

as long as i dont connect the internet, all continues to work flawlessly...
as soon as i plug in the ethernet, windows updates the drivers and black screen.
if i manually install the Vega 8 driver software - black screen.
reboot into safe mode, works fine! uninstall driver (even used DDU) reboot - black screen.

i'm at a total loss here guys, anyone got any ideas?
