Need help with parts

I would like to build a pc but I have never and am new to pc but want one with wifi can run modern games quiet and portable as I move between two houses every week but I would rather not have a itx pc because i want rgb.  I also would like to have at least 3tb of storage and for it to last as long as possible.

ITX is small and portable. M-atx is meh, ATX isnt very portable. If you want just something ready to plug and chug do the corsair ONE series of pcs. If you dont want to, please tell me your budget and I'll get back 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

About $2500 not counting peripherals
