Is it okay to mount two 2.5" hdds on the hole mounts for ssds beside the mobo?

they are 2.5" mounts.. not spesific SSD mounts. 

altho hdds should be mounted in mounts with rubber dampers, but that's mostly for noise and shock protection, but hdd's nowadays takes alot more punch than they used to..
