1660 super, might be able to squeeze a 2060 or something similar

My monitor is a 27" curved AOC CQ27G1 which is 1080p, 144Hz, with a 1ms response time and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for a GPU. My overall PC budget is in the 800$ range.
