file Can't run .bat file

I can't "run" a .bat file. when i double tap it this comes up:

(Sorry for it bein in norwegian) It translates in to: "You need a new app to open this .bat file".

And next to the windows store icon it says: "Search for an app in the microsft store".

 

I don't know what i did to trigger this. I noticed it today.

 

In the standard apps window it shows this:

Where it says "fil" it's norwegian for "file"

And when i right click the .bat file. I cant choose "run as admin" or "open in other app"
