Have you tried a different cable, different port, different monitor? Your GPU probably has a zero fan mode so it could be normal for the fans not to spin if it doesn't get hot.

i have tried several hdmi cords and im still not getting display i was using the monitor for my playstation last night so i’m not sure what the issue is and alright on the zero fan mode

I would try to take out the GPU and put it back in and also try a different port on the GPU.
