PCI-E Network Card

Go to solution Solved by Atlantisman,

That intel one is for a laptop. its MPCI-E.

The asus one is for a desktop computer though.

I'll buy a PCI-E network card tomorrow, I'm thinking about two models, one intel, which has no antennas, but has dual band wifi (I have a dualband router) and one from asus, which has 2 antennas, but has no dualband.

For which one should I go? My desktop is about 10 meters and a wall from my router. Also, the intel one is €20 and the asus one is €28.

Thanks a lot for the help :D You guys are awesome!

The Intel one is meant for laptops so that is a no go. For the price of the Asus card you could probably get something else, maybe TP Link but Asus wouldn't harm.

Yeah, prices for tech in the Netherlands are extremely high compared to American shops :/

A prebuild PC with a GTX 660 is like €900 here, somthing like $1100 :/ Wish i lived in America xD
