I just watched the video with the bar of liquid across a memory stick that claimed Liquid cooling. Then I had an idea.

Those ram slots are side by side. The Double Data is separated but... what if you build a dual ram stick with liquid cooling.

Two sticks of ram fitted inside of a, probably custom, cap that has copper insets over the memory chips with a plastic wafer that allows water to pump in one side, slide down to the end and pass around to the center to go to the other end you started, circle around a second time to pass over that side of the second stick of ram before ending at the exit point for the water leading to the pump just for the ram or to the liquid cooling setup ment for the whole system.

Of course with 2 sets for 4 sticks of ram the exit loop would go into the entrance of the second set of ram before passing on to the cooling setup.

It's a really stupid idea I would love to see. XD

Not sure I understand you, but you may want to look at older style ram setups. Prolly doing what youre trying to explain.

But given how the current setups are designed, they are already fully covered. And using a proper block it doesn't restrict flow like the older stuff did and needed to be broken up into smaller runs and joined back up again after the ram.

Either would be more than enough for the more aggressive builds.

I point to the last line in my post.

Again, im not even sure what youre trying to explain. Which is why I said youre prolly talking about the older style setups. Unless you meant some kinds if side port setup with a slip fit oring which is why it will only work with 2 dimms and utilizing the space between.
