Unexplained time outs! Something is wrong

Hey guys,

 

For about a year now I've been having issues with my internet. I've had multiple mechanics from my internet provider drop by to check out the hardware and incoming data and they have told me everything seemed to be fine. I resetted my router completely and it's still on default settings. However I still can't play any online game without lag, my friends lag when they join my worlds (in games like Terraria) and when I'm playing League of Legends the characters seem to be ice skating.  When I share my screen (with Discord Nitro) my friends still can't make up what I'm actually trying to show them. And lately I've been fed up and feeling like it's a waste of time to even try gaming.

I was hoping to find for some professionals on this topic, and I can answer any question and I'd love to even jump into a call in order to clear things up.

I do not want to lose this hobby because of internet issues.. please help!

Which server do you play on?
