No Hardware Rendering in Premiere

As title...  I cannot enable hardware rendering in Premiere Pro. I used to be able to, but now I cannot. See attached JPG.

GPU is a GTX980.  Latest drivers installed.
Premiere Pro obviously whatever latest version is...  14. something or other...
Windows fully up to date.

Everything is taking an age to encode.  Help!
