You're best option is probably making a MacOS virtual machine with VirtualBox.

 

There are a handful of companies which offer cloud computing in MacOS but I'm not aware of any that are free. 

 

You should contact your school's IT support and see what solutions they can offer. They may be able to purchase a subscription to a cloud service or allow you to remote connect to a Mac on campus if they have them. Assuming this is for a class, you should also ask the professor, they might have a spare Mac which they can let you remote connect to.

I already ask but unfortunately they say we don't have any mac . I need for my college study, but I am taking online class all the time. The option for me I have a machine for my practice.

 

I have system I try virtual machine with my old system it's very slow so it not working properly. 

 

So can you tell me best configuration for dual virtual machine  that run macOS and windows at the same time.
