I previously had an rx580 (4GB VRAM) and I recently purchased an rx580 (8GB VRAM) and when I play games the frame rate is horrible and on other games it shuts down my pc (Temperatures are normal though). The CPU I have is a ryzen i7 1700 Eight-core processor. I don't know how to fix it, I'm pretty sure I have to upgrade my CPU but I don't know which one will solve the problem.
