Budget £2000 GBP 
United Kingdom 
Aim is high-end gaming then VR in a few months.
This will be my first ever build coming for a laptop so I need to get monitor, keyboard & mouse 
I made this part list any advice would be great

That needs a bit of fixing. Are you set on that case ? As you need fans as well.

With a 1440p monitor. You might want to add a couple of extra fans for the case. The Arctic P12/P14 PWM PST are great for the money.

will the Potential Issues / Incompatibilities list cause me problems there

Worst case scenario is you might need to update the bios on the board, but it has bios flashback anyway. It should be shipping with an up to date bios though by now.

 

The other issues you can ignore. The cooler comes with an AM4 bracket. You don't need to plug in the additional 4 pin. You will lose a couple of sata ports when plugging the M.2 SSD into the top slot but you will still have 4 left. The cooler has no issue with tall ram.
