Graphical Glitch?

I've recently been experiencing random graphical glitches in games such as GTA V, CSGO, Gmod and Minecraft. 

I believe the issue has to be my Radeon RX 570, as when I use my CPU I don't face any issues. I have reinstalled my drivers to no avail.

If you have any clues to what this might be please reply as any help is appreciated.

are you overclocking?

What's your PSU and how old is it

What model of 570 you got and how old is it

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Cooler master rs-500-pcap-i3. Age (unsure it was scrapped from a drafting computer)

Asus Expedition 4GB RX570 got it 4 months ago.
