what could be wrong, when I play games like car mechanic simulator, house flipper etc. i dont go over 70fps, mostly 40, also I recently downloaded drug dealer simulator and it's going at 30fps, which is weird to me because games like gta v run on 60fps for me just fine with some lag spikes here and there and I think my pc is underperforming, because it has a 1050 ti 4gb, i7 8th gen, 16gb ram, an ssd where the games are stored, I'm no pc expert so maybe these parts mean nothing , but I'm just putting it out there, also I should mention it's a prebuilt, Asus Zen Aio, don't know the exact model name, because there are different models

Could anyone help me? I've cleaned my pc from unneeded apps, mainly apps that have been always running in the background and using cpu and memory, I also use Opera GX and limited it to use only 2gbs of memory

Any help is appreciated, thank you

different games run differently because....theyre different, gta v is a game that came out 5 years ago on pc(plus its very optimized)

the best thing you can do is check your gpu and cpu usge during gaming other than that some overclocking on the gpu and some lowering of the in game settings can go a long way

gaming system: Intel core I9 12900ks / biostar Z690A valkyrie / 4x8gb corsair Vengeance @3333Mhz ram / RX 7900XTX pulse gpu / Thermalright peerless assassin 140 /Coolermaster Qube 500 case / Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 12 1500w power supply

laptop: Dell xps 9510, 3.5k OLED, i7 11800h, rtx 3050 ti, 2x16gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, 1TB main drive, 2TB add in ssd

I've lowered all of these games' settings to the lowest possible, and the ingame benchmark that car mechanic simulator has, shows me average 41fps

1920x1080, I don't remember right now and can't tell you the exact number, maybe a bit later when I'm able to get to my pc

try monitoring gpu usage

sorry, couldn't take a screenshot, this is on gta v, after playing for some time, the dedicated gpu memory went up to full 4gbs, but the 3d percentage stayed the same, where as car mechanic simulator almost from the very start, was using about 100% of 3d
