Whea uncorrectable error

My pc keeps blue screening! At first my error code was system service exception so I reinstalled windows incase of missing files. Now when I blue screen (which is about 5minutes MAXIMUM after turning on my pc) I get the code When uncorrectable error. I have two sticks of 8gb ddr3 vegenance ram and have tried using just one stick in every socket and it still blue screens, please help! 

 

specs

intel i7 4790k (corsair liquid cooler(forgot the model) and reapplied thermal pasting so it can't be overheating)

2x 8gb ddr3 Vegenance ram

Z97x Gaming 7 motherboard

Gtx 970

Corsair rm750 ps

SSD 500gb

This is usually caused by bad ram - try running memtest86

Ive tried downloading the test on a usb on my Mac laptop however when I boot from the drive on the desktop it won't do the test
