no video output

I added my WIFI card to my computer, and when I went to turn my computer on, and the computer booted up, but didn't get any output display from the motherboard or graphics card, the power supply is 500 watts, the motherboard is a gigabyte H370, the graphics card is a GeForce GT 710, and my chip is a ninth gen core i3
