I NEED HELP!

I bought a AOC monitor a couple days ago, the 24V2Q and for some reason it gives me these weird pixel patterns on the screen. Also sometimes I have little lines of purple which are very weird.  Is the monitor damaged? Should I send it back? HELP

 

(The pixels appear when a move my mouse, they go away once I move my mouse again)

Try different ports and cables

Firstly, make sure you are running at the monitor's native resolution and refresh rate. If both of those are true, then try a different cable and/or input. Lastly, you could connect it to another PC to make sure it isn't an issue with your GPU. If all of that fails, you may need to RMA it.

Sadly I already tried with all my HDMI and display port cables. Nothing, the problem keeps persisting!

I am the only one who has a tower so only have this one. Will a Tv work?

Yeah I did all of that, except i am the only one with a tower in my house so, I tried plugging in my laptop and, it didn't do it.

I doubt it's something you could fix, usually its bad video memory and that means dealing with soldering

I have not seen such case yet, it's always the GPU after testing with different monitors and cables.
