Need some urgent help !

I was trying to remove to heat skin from my laptop ( omen 17 2017) and there are some screws that just won’t come out! And start to get stripped. I was removing the fans and after removing 15 screws 1 on each  fan would come out so I literally couldn’t do anything

 

i decided to move on and do the Heatsink. number  1 comes out easily BUT NUMBER 2 just won’t turn and it’s stripping!

 

really wanted to change my thermal paste and this is such a bummer.

 

Any recommendations?
