I am just wondering if the AMD Ryzen 3700X would be able to handle 4x RAM sticks.

It would.

Getting high frequencies at lower latencies is more difficult though.

Also Quad channel. Because on AMDs website specification site. It says: 2 Memory channels. But does that means it will not boost performance like Dual channel vs Single channel. Or does it mean the new RAM sticks won't be detected.

Quad channel means 4 memory sticks working together. The 3700X does not support that. It only support 2 sticks working together; dual channel.

That means if you are using 4 sticks, you will have two sets of dual channel memory.

So if I install 4x8 GB only 16 GB of RAM will shown up?

No, all 32GB will show up.

It's just that sticks in slots 1 and 3 will work together and memory in slots 2 and 4 will work together.

Hi everyone :D

So... I am just wondering if the AMD Ryzen 3700X would be able to handle 4x RAM sticks. Also Quad channel. Because on AMDs website specification site. It says: 2 Memory channels. I am very confused. I looking forward to a answear on that.

Best Regards
