Ram CL something

Actually the other way around.
Simply put, you want the frequency (Mhz) as high as possible and the latency as low as possible.
I mean, the difference between these two sets would be minimal, but I felt like I needed 'correct' that first.

3600Mhz CL16 is the best, 3600Mhz CL18 is the second best.
I would get it from G.Skill, they seem to have the best time with Ryzen 3000 + 3600Mhz support.
Any of these will work (This is 2x8GB, 3600Mhz, CL16 - CL18): https://pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/#s=403600&Z=16384002&L=140,180&sort=price&page=1
This seems like the best option (if you don't care about RGB and stuff): https://pcpartpicker.com/product/n6RgXL/gskill-ripjaws-v-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-ddr4-3600-memory-f4-3600c18d-16gvk
