USB Audio Interface doesn't work in Windows

Apparently it only works with a certain very specific latency setting.

Using a Tascam US-1800. Works fine in my DAW (Tracktion), but no sound when I try iTunes, VLC, Chrome, Windows Media Player etc.

I have no idea why this is happening.

You should select the main audio output in windows.

It's set as the audio input and output device in Windows.

Driver issue maybe?

Installed 3 different driver versions, none of them work. Used to work fine but that was way back when I used Windows 8.1
