No signal

Built my system today.

Ryzen 5 1600 

Asrock b450m steel legends 

Corsair Vengeance rgb

Corsair VS 550watt 

Gtx Titan (I know pretty old just a card I’ve always wanted!) 

plugged in no signal tried another Gpu gives me a signal any help

make sure that the gpu is properly seated and that nothing is broken.

Yeah I have extensions to my pci-e and I took them out and tried it still nothing I watched a video and people said it was the bios on the card?

Also the gpu fan is spinning and light of the logo shows
