Best am4 cpu capable of AAA game streaming

My cousin is asking for help on what to upgrade to from his ryzen 3 1200, it can get by running AAA games like modern warfare but he wants to get to where he can stream and or push is settings higher.

He has 16gb of ram and a Evga 1060

3700x, 3800x, 3900x, 3950x. Those are your best options for gaming/streaming from a single PC.

ax370-gaming-cf and his memory is only 2400 and to be clear he just wants to get by streaming these games not necessarily have the best setup for streaming. so having that in mind would 3700x and 2700 still be your reccomendation or would something on the less expensive side work. (he's still in highschool)

3600 is the lowest possible but I would still strongly recommend the 3700X as the 3600 wil require low settings and may have occasional frame drops

AAA games usually require good horsepower in the CPU to push both gaming and streaming. 3700x would still be the minimum I would personally recommend.

He could try to stream through nvenc. Pascal's nvenc is okaish, maybe try it out and see if it's enough?
