How could I do that under 850 dollars with a gpu like 5700?

For CPU , Go with the ryzen 1600 AF instead which costs 85$ only. So the total cost should be 800$.

why does pc part picker say there are potential issues and incompatibilities?

Is there enough airflow in this case because I heard it is ideal to have at least 3 fans in the case. The one I picked has 4 that's why I picked it.

the motherboard might need a bios update so that the ryzen 5 3600 cpu will work with the motherboard. But it should be compatible and have the latest bios version. You can check by looking and seeing if it says ryzen 3000 gen compatible that means it has the latest version of bios already installed on it and you won't need to do anything. Otherwise you will  need a older cpu which I think amd still offers free cpus so that you can update your bios. It is not that hard of a process to do.

Is airflow a problem in this case because there is only one fan. That is the reason I picked the on I did as it has 4 fans
