Black screen after Bios update

Using b450 tomohawk max motherboard

 

I used dragon-center to update my bios to the latest version. This caused the screen to go black. After 20 minutes nothing had happened and I was getting a bit worried. I decided to turn off my computer and restart it.

 

Now its continually black and the computer isnt working.

 

I have tried with a different monitor and its definitely not the monitor. I have tried flashing the bios and it still isnt working. What should I do?

 

 

edit(1): My brother noted these lights might be having an abnormal behaviour, is it to do with boot sequence? CPU isnt booting properly?

looks normal.  If the lights go out, then that is good.  If the stay on, that is when there is an issue.
