Capture Card

Is is possible to get a decent pc free capture card for under $50usd?? I am planning to use it with a nintendo switch. All I reqiure is 1080p and 60fps. Please tell me if anyone can find one that is well rated.

That depends on what you want out of it. if you are just trying to do 1080p 30fps im sure you can find something on amazon for under $50. if you want 4k/60 or 1440p/60 though than I think you are out of luck for that budget

It's hard to get 1080p60 capture cards for under $50 unless you strike a good deal on something like an Elgato HD60 of some sort or an AVerMedia Live Gamer Pro. 

If you're using OBS and deinterlacing 1080i content to 60fps would suffice, you'd have a far easier time going that route.
