Frequent bootloop

Hi

My name is Oscar, i just recently got some new stuff for my computer (a ryzen 7 3700x, ROG Strix x470-f gaming, 2 x 8GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM and a Noctua NH-D15 cooler)

After installing everything, the system seems to just rapidly reboots it self (a frequency of about 78 bpm), i heard a clicking sound coming from the PSU so i changed the PSU to a Corsair RM750x. The clicking sound stoped but the system keeps rebooting itself.

I've also tried changing the GPU but with no success.

Both me and my father have a fair bit of expirience with computers, but have no idea what couses the problem
