I tried but idk where the "exception list" is. there is nothing even like it

Sorry, I called it the wrong thing, it should be the application profile properties:

Add the program to the list and make sure you have it selected and not global selected. Then tick the On-Screen Display Support to off:

Just for the program you don't want. But it's also for if you wanted to customize the OSD for another program; for example, you wanted all the OSD font in GTA 5 to be all red and but you wanted BF5 to be green, then you add it on there and customize the settings to your liking per application.

So I did that, now I leave it selected to the program and not global, right?

Doesn't work

Okay, so I found another way to do this by opening up the program that you don't want the OSD to be on, then open up RivaTuner Statistic Server and instead of just clicking on the add button, hold the 'shift' key then click add and select the program you don't want the OSD to show up on by checking them.

I tried that earlier and it doesn't work either

EDIT: Maybe it did. I'll have to do some further testing

I'm actually stumped, cause Afterburner uses RivaTuner Statistic to display the OSD and that is how you can disable it. Unless you have another RivaTuner Statisic installed somewhere else, or another program that is showing the OSD.
