here is a list of specs

Intel Core i7-4770k cpu

2 Asus Geforce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video card

Asus Maximus VI Extreme Atx LGA1150 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16Gn (2 X 8GB) DDR3-24000 (I might put another 16GB in it just for fun)

Intel 530 240Gb 2.5" SSD

3 3TB 3.5" Seagate Barracuda HDD

Corsair 1200W   80= Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I would like to put 2 of the 3 Hard Drives in to a Raid Array but i dont know hat raid and what a good Raid Card is.. so if you know then will you please let me know.

i mught put a sound card in it too but im not sure

It will have WiFi card but i dont know what one to get right now over even if i should get one because the motherboard has one that it comes with but im not sure how good of a card it is.

It might end up have a wired Network card if the teacher doesnt let me use the stander ports on the motherboard.

The Case will be picked out around how meany radiators and the size of them

If there is anything else you would suggest me puting in this cimputer then let me know.

most motherboards support a raid array these days from raid 0,1,5,10 - raid 0 being fastest but least reliable needing 2 drives, raid 10 being fast and reliable (4 drives i THINK), raid 5 for reliability needing 3 drives.

Any reason you need 2 780ti's? Also you don't really need to RAID, JBOD will be fine but if you do want to your motherboard will let you do it.

What is this peasant build? You need an Intel Celeron.

JK

But I'm pretty sure you should invest in a Wireless card or read the Network Policy of the college you're going to. It might be good to have a wireless card just to make sure you can connect to the network.

here is a list of specs

Intel Core i7-4770k cpu i5 is fine really, unless you're doing more than gaming and actually do work on your PC

2 Asus Geforce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video card go with one for now, two is a bit excessive for anything short of surround or 4k

Asus Maximus VI Extreme Atx LGA1150 Motherboard not the best use of money, but ok

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16Gn (2 X 8GB) DDR3-24000 (I might put another 16GB in it just for fun)

Intel 530 240Gb 2.5" SSD I would just get one of Samsung's Pro SSD's, the software that comes with it is amazing in addition to solid performance

3 3TB 3.5" Seagate Barracuda HDD ok

Corsair 1200W   80= Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply 850w, 1000w at most is all you would need if you're not going enthusiast socket

I would like to put 2 of the 3 Hard Drives in to a Raid Array but i dont know hat raid and what a good Raid Card is.. so if you know then will you please let me know.

i mught put a sound card in it too but im not sure no. unless you're doing music production, then you would want an interface card anyway

It will have WiFi card but i dont know what one to get right now over even if i should get one because the motherboard has one that it comes with but im not sure how good of a card it is. If the motherboard comes with it, don't bother, it will be fine.

It might end up have a wired Network card if the teacher doesnt let me use the stander ports on the motherboard.

The Case will be picked out around how meany radiators and the size of them pick case first, then radiators, not the other way around.

If there is anything else you would suggest me puting in this cimputer then let me know.

The on-board Intel wired LAN port and dual channel 2.4/5GHz WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac should handle any network you are likely to encounter. Unless you have a requirement that is only met by a feature on a particular sound card buying one is a waste. The on-board sound quite good.

Use the on-board Intel RAID for a RAID 1 array. I'd suggest a 1TB ssd and do away with the 3rd hdd.

I've suggested a case, the soon to be released Graphite 760T.
