I recently bought 2x8gb 3000mhz sticks to add the existing 16gb I have in my system. It is the exact same Corsair Vengeance sticks I already have installed, but my computer will not post with the new sticks. I've tried every combination of the new and old RAM but it will never post with a new stick slotted in. The new sticks will light up when installed and powered on but still won't post. Any tips?

Run stock and see if it boots.. if it does then you'll have to lower the ram speed...

You sure your mobo support 4 DIMMs of that type?
