Microsoft store starting download loop

So, ive been trying to play minecraft rtx because im a spoiled boi with an rtx 2070 super but the microsoft store is stuck on starting download and i cant seem to get it past that, ive tried searching all the official microsoft fourums and even some unoficial and everyhting there just hasnt worked, can anyone help me out?

ive deleted all the software distribution download files and have used the wsreset and even restarted and closed the app in task manager but nothing has worked. i even reset the data in the app.
