lexmark printer issues

I bought a lexmark b2236dw printer on a good sale recently set it up. I changed some settings threw chrome and now I can't connect to it via chrome and it changed the IP address (gives me the ip of 169.254.118.126) on it. When i go to to a factory reset on it threw the printer menus it says no log-in method configured. how can I do a hard factory reset on this printer.
