5,25 bay mounting issue

You didn't attach a picture but those thing usually screw off from inside or just break out by twisting it repeatatly.#

i have a new in-win GRone case, and i'm having some issues mounting my discdrive. 

when i remove the front cover on the bay, its a metal plate there, blocking the entire bay...

 

i attached a picture file.
