Links to the actual products' pages would be helpful but considering both are Cooler Master ARGB products I would assume yes.

My problem is my case has 3 ARG fans and I am planning to add 3 more ARGB fans. But the included controller in the case only has support for the 3 included fans. So, I don't know how to put the splitter I showed in this post to the included controller of the case.

Hmm... As long as you can find the header that fits with the aRGB splitter, it should be okay. However, I would caution you to be very careful as the power consume might overload your controller.
