Allo, everyone. First time poster but I'm having trouble racking my mind around things with everything that's going on. The Local Fry's Electronics and other PC or Computer part stores are still open in town. But buying a PC online like I would have, any places that would ship from a warehouse are showing sold out mainly because the warehouses are Non-essential and are under "lock-down".

I would like to take advice from a friend and build my first PC as opposed to buying one outright. Now I have a AMD Ryzen Laptop but looking to build a For the Value Desktop that would meet several factors.

1. Storage both immediate and upgrade down the line. Least 2TB HDD and 512GB SSD. This is the baseline I'd like to hit in terms of storage.

2. A for the value RTX Graphics Card. Now before you mention buying the cheapest possible I am using this for RTX on Minecraft but there are 2 beefy games I'd like to run with least medium-high settings at atleast 60fps.

3. The Games, the 3 main Games I'd like to run on this PC are (from hardest to not do much).

1. Star Citizen

2. Escape from Tarkov

3. Minecraft (Modded Minecraft on a Heavily Modded Pack).

Why Minecraft? I can play on my laptop however most mods I can run in unison is around 200-250 mods. There is a pack I would like to play but it runs over 400 mods.

4. I'm looking for 32gb Ram with option to expand with Dual Ram.

5. I was this to be Relatively Quite, as I don't live alone id like to not have to shut my door to use the PC.

My hope is to have a PC gear towards Performance. This way I can clear up the 800gb of games I have on my 1TB laptop and use my laptop for work.

If anyone can help me, is be gratefully appreciated, I'm working 12hr days for next couple days so I won't be going to Fry's and others for a few days.

If I could get Alot of responses with Prices attached that would help. I'll take all suggestions. Price point, $0 minimum obviously, I found a PC online for $850 that met factors 1, 2, and 4. But like I said warehouse... Most I'd be willing to spend bottom line is $1,000 and no more than that. If I could get a build with all 5 factors in mind for same price as the PC I saw. I'd prefer that.

Thank you for taking to time to read.

It's mentioned in the post. I'd prefer to spend $800-$850 but I can push for max of $1000. I plan to get PC that can meet my wanted factors that's performance geared. But can also be Bang4Buck or For the Value.

Later on down that line I'll plan on upgrading cases and parts when newer pieces come out but this is the start line I personally want.
