Display glitching

I repeatedly reseated my ram sticks and after the windows logo  it just keeps on glitching still keeps on happening after resetting computer. I tried different hdmi cables but still its not working. plus, only my ddr4 slots 2 and 4 work tried cleaning it for debris but nothing. Now pc wont display anything only black. Could this be a problem of my motherboard hdmi port or ram?

I think it has got something to do with my ram but also probably my hdmi port

monitor working fine tried with a laptop and tried different cables

Are you using integrated or discrete graphics?
