CPU not recommended

I've got an Asrock b450m-HDV that's been updated to version P3.3, which is listen on the website as a version that is not recommended for use with Pinnacle ridge CPUs. I want to use a Ryzen 5 1600AF with it, which is from pinnacle ridge. What can I do to fix it/do I even need to fix it? It says the furthest I can revert is to version P3.1, but I don't even know how to revert it if I wanted to. Any help? thanks
