Pc suddenly shuts down

After having a new pc for 8 months sonething like this hasnt happened, i was on discord and clicked on to load up roblox, my pc then (through my headphones) makes a wierd sound like something shorting, then the pc shows a blue screen and i reboot it(holding the power button) and try to open it again, the the fans light up and the pc seems like its going to turn on but then it shuts down and repeats this for a while, then i turn the power supply on then off and that gets my into the bios after a few tries and i save and quit, the pc restarts amd i get into windows, then after roughly 2 mins of use the same happens and the cycle happens again. Im not sure what happened

I5 9600k

Rtx 2070 strix

16 gb 3000 trident z

Asus prime z370-a ii mb

Shadow rock slim cpu cooler

Crucial 120 gb ssd (with os)

3tb wd purple hard drive

Evga 650w gq psu

Check the Event Manager for Infos.
