If you want to ones that is used in the videos it's a unit from open bench, note it is quite expensive since it's billet aluminum.

Now with the 199$ purchase from their store, does it include like those GPU secure rods/spokes?  or would i have to get the screw kit additionally?

Hmm it looks like it comes ready to go with the push pin standoffs but if you require all 7 PCI-E slots with screw in standoff's I believe that is where the addition screws comes in.
