CPU upgrade = Unknown filesystem error

So i upgraded from my ryzen 3 2200g to a ryzen 5 1600 AF today. Launched it up and reset the bios to default. But when i booted from my SSD (which i had windows installed on) it just gave me the ERROR: unknow filesystem. Im guessing i have to reinstall windows? I remember when i first got 8 gb of ram (+1 ram stick) windows just keept crashing on me. So i fixed it by reinstalling it, so im hoping this is a similare case. My specs are:

asrock a320m-hdv r3.0

xfx rs rx480 4gb

kingston as400 960gb (OS drive)

bootleg 500gb HDD

Just try reinstalling. If your system posts you should be fine

right now its functional, only problem is probably windows based. I can get into the bios and do things there. Im currently waiting for Media Creation Tool to download it to my USB... Suuuuper slow tho..
