BF4 fps issue

Okay so basically after playing a few matches of BF4 everything is running perfect ultra ~ 100-130 fps + ultra preset, then out of nowhere for no reason at all in the middle of xth game, my fps gets cut in half to 60-70 fps with terrible dips, after reboot everything goes back to normal. I have latest updated drivers, reinstalled direct x within the game files, and monitored gpu which has good temps and no throttling whatsover. Does this sound like an issue with the game itself, rather something wrong with my system?

if not i dont see a problem

Ummm, well I would like to push frames all the time without any issues. Ive been doing some reading and apparently lots of people have been having weird fps problems since latest patch.

yea broken game. i just will not play anymore till they fix alot of basic stuff

Do you have some unneeded programs in background? Like Steam, torrent client etc. Those cause me dips sometimes.
