Hey Gang, looking to spend around $1000 CND plus or minus a couple hundred.

need all new internals.

Looking for something that can do some gaming and a little video editing, with dual monitor support.

upgrading from a FX-8350, with 8gb and a Radeon R9 290. A bit of an old system so ready for an upgrade.

Don't really care about the case, gonna sit under a desk anyways.

Cheers,

Thanks Savage,

If I was looking to add some storage should I go with the ssd or a m.2?  And probably look at grabbing a case (NZXT H510 ATX Mid Tower Case)

would the Samsung 970 Evo make sense or would that be overkill, I got a few spinners that I could add for additional storage so basically just need a boot drive.

For a boot drive I would go with Crucial P1 or a Western Digital, 970 evo is overkill.
That’s a good case for that price point.
