So i just fired up my newly build PC
Specs:
MOBO: Asus Maximus XI Formula
GPU: 2x Asus rog strix 2080 ti OC
CPU: i9-9900K
Ram: G.skill Ripjaws 3200mhz CL14
PSU: Coolermaster Vanguard 1000w
SSD: samsung evo 1tb and samsung evo plus 1 tb.
It's all wrapped up in a custom water loop.

So the problem i have noticed is when ever my gpu exceeds 1.0 voltage, there starts a buzzing noise from either the mobo or the GPU i can't figure out what it could be. As it is a custom water loop, it aint the fans - tried to turn off the fans and the sound will atill acoure when the voltage exceeds 1.0 Voltage.

Could it be a connection between the mobo and GPU thats bad or? I really need some help?

buzzing usually comes from power supplies (coil whine).  you should in point it.  you can use a Db meter on your phone and move it around your case to get the highest reading.

if it's your GPU, well you still have warranty. :)

Tried to do that and it comes from the GPU/MOBO - not sure, as the phone reaches it highest DB near the pcie slot 😶

That's a real bummer, but you'll still have to narrow that down right?

So I had a corsair PSU, actually 5 of them, every single one had coil whine and every time something moved on screen it pitch frequency would change. you can imagine what watching a movie or playing games was like.

I was lucky and all 5 were upgraded during warranty ;) because they ran out of stock of the one i was returning. hah! nice company :).

Anyways.  you'll likely want to swap your parts out until you find the cause.  unfortunate and annoying work to do.
