You did not specify your budget... With these features? No. There were some option from reddragon, but can't seem to find it now. Also you can buy it europe from uk's amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=gmmk&ref=nb_sb_noss_1

edit :

There is this : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Redragon-K556-Mechanical-Keyboard-Aluminum/dp/B01NAI2TXC  but it's not available now, not sure when it will be restocked. But it's a hotswap, rgb but not sure about per key illumination and standard bottom row. Other redragon keyboard are not hotswap, only this one. Keep in mind that according to some reviews it can't fit switches other than outemu but that might be just a defect on some boards, my friend has it and he put kailh's into it without any problems.

hi i would like to pick up a new keyboard. i would like it to have per key rgb illumination and addressable leds using a pc software for easier customazation. also i would like it to be hotswappable(or at least modding it myself by buying some kailh hot swap sockets).and finally i want it to have a standard bottom row so i can fit my hyperx pudding pbt doubleshot keycaps(if it has not a standard bottom row ,i would like someone to leave a suggestion for a set of pbt doubleshot pudding keycaps for the nonstandard row if thats even possible). the form factor will be full size or tkl. and the layout qwerty. thats all folks thanks for the help.

Comes in different sizes, hotswap, has software to control rgb but can be controlled without it, can be bought with keycaps and switches or just as bare bones. Standard bottom row too.
