Is this a good part list. Also do i need to by extra cables besides the ones that come with the psu. Also will the 3200mhz ram work with the mobo and cpu.

no, but you could get a much better PSU. Also, swapping out some other parts may serve you. What's the main use for this PC?

Yeah I agree on that one. 3600Mhz ram isn't that much more expensive either. I would go for that too. 

For everything else you should be fine.

Save a little money with a Ryzen 5 3600 and cheaper motherboard, and put the savings into the GPU. Also shaved a little cost off the PSU with a better option.

In the pc part picker list i noticed that it said that my mobo might need a bios update.

all of the B450 motherboards from MSI with MAX in the name do not require a BIOS update, but PCpartpicker doesn't know this.

I found a slighly cheaper board that is a max thats in stock is this ok.
