Monitor voltage help

Go to solution Solved by Glenwing,

US uses 120 V standard, and 240 V for large appliances. Europe uses 230 V standard and sometimes 400 V 3-phase for large loads.

Voltage 100–240 V means it can take voltage anywhere within that range. European 230 V 50 Hz standard is supported, you can use an adapter or another cable.

Hi,

I want to buy this ASUS VP249QGR Gaming Monitor - 23.8 inch
But I want to make sure it works without problems
I found the Voltage: 100-240V, 50 / 60Hz and a U.S.A type power cable
My voltage is 220 and power plugs are European type
Can I use only adapter
( My English is bad sorry )

thank you.

What do you mean your voltage is 220? I'm not sure what it's like in Europe, etc, but 220V outlets are the giant ones for washing machines, etc.
