Memory Leak

Hey Anyone know what could be causing my Games to be Memory Leaking It's so crazy i can't even expain , Currently running on 1 stick of 8GB ram

do you have XMP enabled, if you do try just giving a little extra voltage to your memory, or underclock the frequency

as i play for examply Dota 2 , it would start at 500 mbps and gradually go up till it hits max Ram at around 7 gb Being used in Only Dota 2 and then after that it goes back down to 500 and goes up again gradually.

ohhh would really like to learn this , i'm really new to PC and it would be nice if you have steps for me to follow this cause i dont really know what XMP is and how even manually put extra voltage towards my Memory

During gameplay or whilst idling in the game? How can you be certain that it's a memory leak? Generally you would need a debug build of the game to be sure of that.

yes during only gameplay time and it's the only reason i could see but i could be wrong and yes usually and mostly this happens when i Run Discord With other games it also might be because of my build being too low but the cpu/gpu usage really never goes over 60 % with this type of games ( World war Z , Dota 2 )
