Black screen after bios update

So I recently tried to update my motherboard bios through M-flash and a usb. After the process finished, it got stuck on a black screen. I tried to short the CMOS but apparently I cannot find anything conductive. So i also took out the cmos battery, reserved my ram and took out my graphics card. I have no idea where to go from here.

 

My setup:

Msi z370 a pro motherboard

Intel i7-8700k

Gtx 1080 gigabyte g1 gaming

Corsair vengeance 3000 16gb ram
